Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products and perfumes)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with our standard return policy, the item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
